Chickpea Salad with Peppers and Feta Cheese

- 410g jar or tin of chickpeas, drained
- 100g feta cheese
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 small shallot
- 1 handful of dill
- salt and pepper to taste
- dash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar
- Chop the peppers, shallots, dill and cheese.
- Mix with chickpeas.
- Dress to taste with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
