Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Roll

- 4 pieces of bread
- 4 slices smoked salmon
- 50 gr cream cheese
- green olives
- You can use whatever bread you prefer. We used ciabatta with seeds for ours. You’ll need suitably sized pieces that will form adequate bases. Toast the bread and then put to one side.
- Take a slice of smoked salmon and spread with a thick layer of cream cheese. Roll up and then place on top of one of your pieces of toast. Repeat for each piece.
- Finally take an olive and place on the centre of your stack and and then use a cocktail stick to hold everything together.
