Mushroom Tapa with Raspberry Jam

- 50gr of your favourite crackers
- 110gr mushroom pâté
- 30gr cream cheese
- 30gr raspberry jam
- lemon zest to garnish
- With a sharp knife cut the crackers into little squares of about 3cm.
- Spread a heaped teaspoon of pâté on one cracker and then add another cracker on top, spread more pâté and repeat until you get 5 layers.
- On the top spread 1/2 teaspoon of cream cheese and 1/2 teaspoon of raspberry jam and garnish with some lemon zest.
