  1. Firstly, if your yogurt is not very thick then you can always strain it in a cheese cloth or coffee filter for about 10 minutes. Then in a food processor or with a blender, mix the blackberries, 250g greek yogurt and the honey. Mix together well and then pour into a bowl and set to one side.
  2. Next, clean your food processor or blender because you’ll need it again. Once cleaned, add the avocados, the remainder of the greek yogurt and the mint leaves. Mix together well and set aside.
  3. Now in jars or trifle bowls, add layers of your blackberry mixture, granola and the avocado mixture. Serve and enjoy!
